the text and answer the questions:
CHEESE BALL BOLA DE QUEIJO
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup of milk;
1 cup of wheat flour;
1 tablespoon of margarine;
1 yolk;
1 pinch of salt;
White cheese;
Frying oil.
PREPARATION
In a
pan, add the milk, the flour, the margarine, the egg yolk and the salt.
Bring to the heat and stir until the dough loosens from the pan, let it cool.
Shape the dough into small balls and fill with the cheese. In a pan, add the
oil, once hot, add the balls and fry them.
Tradução: Numa panela junte o leite, a farinha, a margarina, a gema e o sal. Leve ao fogo e mexa até a massa soltar da panela, deixe esfriar. Molde a massa em pequenas bolas e recheie com o queijo. Numa frigideira junte o azeite, uma vez quente, junte as bolinhas e frite.
